Power Tips are similar to Power Rings but they do not already have the ring attached to the hair. The ring is applied during the application process.  Thread your Power Looper Tool with Cylinder Rings then thread a single ring onto your customers hair and insert a Power Tip. Close the ring flat with your Closer Tool.
